In CLCS, our experienced nursing staff provide skilled, specialised nursing services in the comfort of your own home. The services range from short term support with post-operative wound care to long term management of medical and chronic health conditions. CLCS home nursing care is convenient, accessible, safe and offers privacy and reduces the risk of hospital acquired infections.
Similarly, CLCS’s home care nurses are fully qualified & trained to administer medications, injections, provide medical treatment, and care related to health conditions from diabetes, tracheostomy care, respiratory issues, colostomy management, dressing wounds and many other home care related services.
Advanced Medical Tasks
CLCSO community nurses are certified to perform the following
advanced medical tasks:

Colostomy care and urinary catheter maintenance.

Administering medications including injections, inhalants, eye drops, oral, and topical medications.

Setting up and maintaining a medication schedule.

Tracking oxygen levels, use heart monitors, or other advanced in- home equipment

Our home care nurses are available 24/7. CLCS believes and respects family ties, as such participants are allowed to stay with their loved ones at home while receiving the care and assistance they need.
